What this website collects

Nothing is stored by this website. It uses no cookies, no tracking and no advertising tools. When you fill in the contact form, your answers are turned into a message and WhatsApp or your email app opens with it ready to send. Nothing reaches us unless you press send there.

Messages you send us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, we receive what you share: usually your name, contact details, your property and your question. We use it only to reply to you, to arrange a demo or call you asked for, and to invite you to the beta if you asked to join. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

Your message is also handled by the service you chose to send it with (for example WhatsApp or your email provider), under that service's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while we're talking with you, and delete them within 12 months of our last contact unless you become a customer.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@featherfern.studio.
